for bread machine, make sure u follow which ingredients go in first, some machines are wet>yeast>dry, some aren't, please read ur instruction menu.
high gluten flour and wholemeal flour are generally harder to proof due to their consistencies, u need way more than 5g of instant yeast even in the situation when using all purpose flour.
plus u completely miss out adding sugar to feed the yeast.....and where is the oil content to lock in the moisture......? ... |
